Marc Garganigo joined Alliant Underwriting Solutions in 2023 to start and lead ProVerity Underwriters. An industry veteran, he’s a seasoned professional lines executive and a proven leader within the property and casualty insurance space. Prior to joining Alliant, Marc served at both Global Indemnity and Skyward Insurance Group as Head of Management & Professional Lines, successfully launching several new product offerings. He profitably grew professional lines business at Hudson, Skyward, and Global Indemnity during his tenure. Marc also served as President of Architects, Engineers, and Construction Lines at OneBeacon/Intact Insurance Group. He started professional lines divisions at Everest Specialty and Alterra and had underwriting responsibilities with AIG and HCC. Marc earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Villanova University and enjoys golf, movies, and time at the beach with his wife and two sons.

Jackie Ambrose joined ProVerity Underwriters in 2023 with 20 years of experience as a Miscellaneous/Tech E&O expert and proven leader within the professional lines insurance sector. Before joining Alliant, Jackie held underwriting and management roles at LIO, Global Indemnity Group, Chubb, and USLI. She brings a successful track record of starting and building profitable books of professional lines business, as well as forging deep relationships in the wholesale brokerage space. Ambrose earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Widener University and resides in Westchester, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two sons. An avid golfer and former collegiate athlete, she leads a charitable foundation and enjoys spending time with her family.

Joshua de Lara joined ProVerity Underwriters in 2024 adding his broad knowledge of insurance coverages and a specialized focus within the Professional Liability sector. Prior to joining ProVerity, Joshua held brokerage roles at RLA Insurance Intermediaries LLC, Burns & Wilcox Brokerage, and Jencap Specialty Insurance Services. Joshua brings his deep understanding of the wholesale brokerage space, a track record of building client rapport and driving revenue growth. A native of Michigan, Joshua studied at Albion College where he played collegiate baseball before starting his insurance career in Boston, MA. A Midwesterner at heart, he now resides in Chicago, IL enjoying intramural sports, the food culture, and spending time with friends and family.
